If you are going to use Chasm Homes to build a modular home on your property, I would suggest letting us take care of the demo to make sure it's done to facilitate the building of the modular home.
Otherwise, I also recommend Demo Diva (see info at bottom of blog.
She's very efficient & reasonable.
