I have been a local businessman & New Orleanian since 1970. I have renovated homes in the New Orleans area while also doing personal property appraisals & restoration work. For over 30 years I owned & operated businesses in the French Quarter and Metairie. I do have knowledge in the fields of art, antiques & jewelry but my expertise is not limited to that alone. I have a good, comprehensive knowlege of modular home building also.

Over the years, I've learned that to get a job done right, you hire the best people.

Thus:
Our structural engineer has over 25 years experience - is licensed & accredited in Louisiana.
Our modular home marketing manager has 30 + yrs "hands on" experience in both commercial & residential building.
Our general contractor & his project manager have 21 years experience in the building trade; are Louisiana licensed General Contractors & are insured as required by law.
All our subcontractors -plumbing, electrical etc are some of the best in their field - all are licensed & insured.
The manufacturer of our homes has a 37 year history & is rated in the top 10 in the country. (Rating 9.0 ) The ones with a higher rating only sell homes in the $300,000 to half million dollar range.

We don't hire the cheapest, we hire the best qualified for the money. We will spend the extra dollar to get quality thus our homes are not the cheapest. They are one of the best in quality & workmanship.

Also, all our contractors or sub contractors are insured & bonded for each home or property they work on.

I agree that you should only do business with someone you trust. My advice to you is, if you don't think Chasm Homes can provide the best service you need, find someone else & do business with them. I only do business with people I trust.
